We provide a wide range of classes including yoga, pilates, capoeira, Animal Flow, dance, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and strength and conditioning. We also offer recovery and massage services.

Beginners are encouraged to join any of our yoga classes, our teach will make sure you are comfortable and safe.

While we do provide mats, for hygiene reasons, we recommend bringing your own.

While both emphasize breath and movement, pilates focuses on core strengthening and full-body toning, whereas yoga emphasizes flexibility and balance.

Capoeira is a unique blend of both; it combines martial arts techniques with rhythm, music, and dance.

Animal Flow is a ground-based movement workout, inspired by various bodyweight training disciplines and animal movements. It enhances mobility, flexibility, and strength.

We offer a variety of dance styles: Kids classes, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Funk and Burlesque each focusing on rhythm, coordination, and expression. Please check our schedule for specific styles and class timings.

Absolutely! We recommend you to join the Fundamental classes.

Recovery allows muscles to repair and grow stronger, helps in reducing the risk of injuries, and ensures you’re physically ready for your next workout.

We offer both therapeutic and relaxation massages. The former targets specific areas of tension or pain, while the latter offers overall relaxation.

Yes, our strength and conditioning classes can be adapted to suit all fitness levels. The instructor will guide you in adjusting the intensity and movements.

Drop-ins are welcome, you only will need to pre-book the Massage, Recovery and Strength and Conditioning sessions.

Comfortable athletic wear that allows for free movement is ideal. Specific classes might have additional recommendations.
